Lagan – a new name in the English new homes marketplace
Lagan Homes England, based in Banbury, Oxfordshire, is a division of the privately owned Lagan Group of companies.
Lagan Homes acquires land, obtains planning consent and builds and sells new homes across the Midlands and the South East within a seventy-five mile radius of Banbury. Individual developments can range in size from 25 to 250 houses and apartments and offer both open market and affordable housing.
The company is conscious of the impact of its business activities on the environment and will continue to seek ways to minimise these effects. It acts responsibly regarding health and safety and has stringent procedures in place to safeguard site personnel and visitors.
Community involvement
We encourage community involvement at an early stage of each of our developments in order to ensure that its plans are in tune with the wishes of local residents. Once building work commences, we aim to minimise disruption and keep local people fully informed of progress, continuing to involve them where possible.
Working in collaboration with experts from the Lagan Group's Commercial Developments business, we have a one-stop capability to deliver mixed-use communities with homes, workplaces, shopping, educational and leisure facilities.
We are also comfortable collaborating in joint ventures with both public or private sector landowners and their agents, or with other house builders and commercial developers.
