We appreciate that buying a home is perhaps one of the biggest choices you will make. At Lagan Homes, we believe great customer care begins from the moment we meet. Our commitment to our customers is simple; make the buying process as clear and straightforward as possible, provide you with a high-quality new home, and to deliver outstanding customer service at each stage of your customer journey with us, as set our in our Customer Charter.

That’s why our Customer Care Team are on hand to help you with all the information and assistance you need, in getting to know your new home, and dealing with any concerns.

Our Lagan Homes aftercare policy is tailored to offer a swift and appropriate resolution to any remedial work agreed, so you can have every confidence in our team to work with you to reach an agreeable resolution.

You can expect to receive a prompt and courteous after sales service from our team at all times. For general service requests, please contact our Customer Care department by email or telephone. For additional peace of mind, all customers can access our out of hours emergency service, available 365 days a year during periods when the office is closed, for the full duration of your Lagan Homes warranty. In the unfortunate event of an emergency, such as total electrical failure, or a water leak, or security concerns, please contact our dedicated out of hours service on 01207 503293.

Your home is protected by a full ten-year guarantee covering any physical damage to your home resulting from a failure to meet NHBC construction standards against serious construction defects. During the first two years of cover Lagan Homes also provide cover for any defects within your home due to workmanship or product failure and we will always ensure compliance to at least NHBC standards.

Lagan Homes wholeheartedly embraces and adheres to the Consumer Code for Home Builders, which grants essential protection and entitlements to individuals purchasing new homes. This code guarantees fairness and transparency for buyers by ensuring they are thoroughly informed about their purchase both before and after entering any agreements.
