Since the launch of Lagan Homes England early in 2007, an impressive number of land acquisitions have already been achieved but more land is currently being sought.
With strong financial resources, technical capability and business flexibility we are able to acquire a wide range of sites, including both brownfield and greenfield, with planning consent or that with planning potential, and on a wide range of sizes from 10 up to 100 units.
Examples of sites acquired include that of Lagan Group’s acquisition of Twyford Bathroom's manufacturing facility in Alsager, Cheshire where Lagan Group obtained a mixed use consent consisting of over 1m square feet of industrial use, a supermarket and over 300 homes. Other schemes we have been involved in include three Sustainable Urban Extensions in Northamptonshire at Kettering, Wellingborough and Corby which total over 13,000 consented units in addition to numerous other smaller residential developments.
Lagan Homes recognise that property development is a complex business and that a "one size fits all" approach is unlikely to maximise the value of an individual site. We are actively acquiring sites within our core operating area within a 70 mile radius of Banbury and would be interested to discuss any opportunities that might suit our requirement. We can move quickly and as a private company can structure a land deal on a flexible basis.
