How does it work?
- Reserve the new Lagan home of your choice.
- Lagan Homes pay 5% of your deposit.
- You secure a further 5%.
- To increase the number of mortgages available to you, Lagan Homes lends you, interest free, a further 5 %, secured by a legal charge on the property.
- Arrange a mortgage though our recommended financial adviser for the remaining 85% of the agreed price of the home.
- You have up to ten years to pay off the loan without incurring interest.
- If the property is sold, the loan must be cleared as part of the transaction.
- You can repay the loan in full at any time within the ten year period or clear the balance with up to three separate instalments.
