How does it work?

• Reserve the new Lagan home of your choice.
• Arrange a mortgage though our recommended financial adviser for 85% of the agreed price of the home.
• No deposit to pay
• Complete on the sale, paying 85% of the agreed price, but receiving 100% ownership of the property.
• We lend you the remaining 15% with no rent or interest payable for up to 10 years, secured by a legal charge.
• At the end of the 10 years or upon the sale of your home, you repay the 15% loan in full at the current market value of the property.
• The value of your home will be determined at the point of re-payment by the average of two independent valuations. If these valuations are more than 5% apart an independent qualified chartered surveyor will be appointed. The valuation will not include any substantial improvements you have made, such as an extension.
• You can repay the loan in full at any time within the ten year period or clear the balance with up to three separate instalments. The only costs will be for the valuation and solicitors fees.
