At Lagan Homes we understand being involved in a property chain can be unpredictable.

To get you moving we have introduced our Part Exchange scheme* allowing you to make a quick, trouble free move to your new Lagan home without the stress and uncertainty that can surround selling your property.

The Benefits

A Part Exchange with Lagan Homes, offers you many benefits.

We will pay the estate agent's fee for the sale of your property and contribute towards your legal costs.

You will not need to provide a Home Information Pack (HIP) and as you have the equivalent of a cash buyer, you will not have the frustration of last minute renegotiations, and complications in your chain.

And the best news is there will be no pressure on you to move out of your current home until your new Lagan home is ready.

How does it work?

If your current property meets the initial criteria of our Part Exchange service, we will arrange for at least two independent valuations of your home by local estate agents.

We will fully assess these independent valuations and then make you an offer for your property which will be the part exchange price. In most cases, your new Lagan home will be held for you for 24 hours while you consider our offer and make your decision.

If you accept our offer, which will be subject to survey and searches, you can make your move with us confident that your property is sold (subject to contract). We will then take responsibility for selling your house on the open market, and will require your co-operation with access for viewings whilst you remain in residence.
