Following on from the governments’ Coronavirus update on Monday 4th January
Lagan Homes are pleased to be able to open our sales centre / marketing suite and showhomes during the current lockdown.
Please be advised that all visits are BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. Alternatively our sales negotiators are available on the telephone to deal with your enquiry.
By booking an appointment this will ensure that during your time in the sales centre / marketing suite there will only be yourself, (a maximum of 2 people from the same family), and the sales negotiator in to discuss your new home requirements in a safe environment.
Following on from the new guidelines we ask you to read the steps below that we have put in place to ensure the safety of you and our staff.
1) All appointments are pre booked and we will email you our covid questionnaire to complete before your appointment.
2) Please arrive at the sales centre / marketing suite at your appointment time only and you must wear a face covering by law.
3) Our sales negotiator will open the door (following the social distancing guidelines and wearing a face covering). You will be invited to sanitise your hand (on entry and exit). Masks will be available if you forget yours. We will also have gloves should you request them.
4) You will be invited to take a seat following the social distancing guidelines and you will then be able to discuss your housing requirements.
5) The showhome will be open and we would politely ask that you do not touch any surfaces or objects in it.
We would like to assure you that at the end of all appointments our sales negotiators will anti-bac all key surfaces in sales centre / marketing suite and showhome to maintain the highest level of hygiene.
