Whether you are a first-time buyer or a home mover, this incentive could make purchasing a new home a lot more appealing.

Lagan Homes is offering an incredible £12,000* towards extras to those who reserve their new home now across a selection of their developments.

Whilst acknowledging the current economic climate, Annette Thompson, Head of Sales and Marketing at Lagan Homes comments: “We know our home buyers love to add a personal touch to their new home, and this incentive means that they can do so with a significant contribution to the cost.”

The incentive will allow home buyers to work from a blank canvas and add those finishing touches to their dream home, subject to build stage and availability. Annette outlines the fabulous range of choices available when buyers are modifying their purchase: “We have a stunning selection of upgrades available, everything from integrated appliances and luxury flooring options, through to kitchen cabinet doors and worktop upgrades. Lighting choices are always popular with home buyers too, to set the mood of their new home.”

Annette summarises: “Our experienced Sales Advisors will liaise with the home buyer every step of the way and ensure that the chosen extras are in place so the house feels like home as early as move in day.”

Alongside the £12k incentive currently put forward by Lagan Homes, a recent report from HBF on new-build energy efficiency provides further encouragement to those who are buying new. The HBF ‘Watt A Save’ report notes that with a new build home, purchasers could save up to a staggering £3,100 a year on energy bills versus owning a second-hand home, when considering the Energy Price Guarantee increase coming in April. That is an equivalent of around £260 per month, allowing home buyers to spend their savings on the things they love.
