Lagan Homes beat off some strong competition at the 2022 prestigious UK Property Awards to take home two regional awards and one national award. Competing against the best property professionals across the United Kingdom Lagan Homes were recognised in the October awards ceremony for their achievements in the industry.
The Winters Rise development were awarded the Best Residential Development 10-19 units for the Oxfordshire region. A sensitively designed development of 15 new homes bordering open countryside, creating a sustainable new neighbourhood of attractive, usable, durable and adaptable homes. It uses the local character and assets of the site and surrounding area to provide a scheme with its own sense of place. The Kellswater at Jubilee Fields won the Five Star Award for the Best Residential Property for Gloucestershire. The Kellswater also the show home was the first home to be built on the small and exclusive development of just 30-highly desirable new homes in the historic market town of Chipping Campden, Combining a traditional Cotswold stone exterior with a spacious and contemporary interior. a superior internal specification and meticulous attention to detail throughout, the stunning Kellswater provided a rare opportunity for aspirational living in this highly sought-after and world renowned Cotswold market town.
The United Kingdom Property Awards were judged by an independent panel of over 80 industry experts. Judging focused on the design, quality, service, innovation, originality, and commitment to sustainability. With Judges calling the Lagan Homes’ submissions “very well put together and impressive, showing excellent performance”.

Winters Rise achieved the Award Winner title which requires a minimum score of 60% and a Five Star requires a minimum of 75%.

It is testament to all those involved that we have not only been recognised for the efforts taken but awarded the Best Residential Property United Kingdom for the Kellswater.
The schemes were regarded by the judges as a “very successful integration” that has “created a genuine sense of place, filled with personality”.

The homes at Jubilee Fields are now all sold, subject to contract but there is still limited availability at the stunning Winters Rise development.
