Lagan Homes win Contracting job for 26 new units
Lagan Homes are pleased to have been awarded a contract by Brocket Park Ltd to deliver 26 homes at Chedburgh, Suffolk. The homes will provide a mixture of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom houses and flats for both private and affordable ownership.
This initial phase will consist of 17 units as affordable units on behalf of Havebury Housing Partnership with the remaining 9 for private sale. The scheme, located on the ground of a former fireworks factory, will all be built to Code for Sustainable Homes Level 3. Construction commenced in November 2013 with project completion expected in September 2014. The private units are expected to be marketed from around summer 2014.
