Lagan Homes are delighted to announce the recent acquisition of 2 new sites to extend our existing development pipeline. The first site is located on the outskirts of Finedon within Wellingborough. The site has planning consent for 40 new homes consisting of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom units to suit a wide range of buyers. Construction is anticipated to commence within the next several months with the first units available for occupation around Quarter 1 2016.
Lagan Homes are active developers within Northamptonshire with nearby sites in Corby and Northampton and this will be our first development within Wellingborough.
Lagan Homes have also acquired an additional site in East Hanney, Oxfordshire. Lagan Homes have an existing development within this popular village in Oxfordshire situated just off the A338 which has proved extremely popular. Leading on from this success the new site will consist of 35 homes and construction should commence before the end of the year once a more detailed planning permission is granted.
We are also happy to announce construction has commenced on our development at Lechlade-on-Thames, our first development within Gloucestershire, and this exclusive development will consist of 19 high quality homes within this charming Cotswolds village.
