Terms and Conditions
The terms and conditions set out below is to provide further information, on the Summer Savings Guidance.
1. To take advantage of this offer you must claim before reserving a property from us.
2. The offer is available on selected two and four bedroom homes at Willow Grove, Coventry only and is subject to status and availability.
2. The offer is valid on reservations taken on or before 30th June 2025.
3. The £5,000 holiday contribution and £5,000 deposit contribution are both capped at £5,000 each.
4. The offer will be a cash discount noted on the reservation form.
5. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other Lagan Homes offer.
6. This offer is not available on Buy to Let property purchases.
7. Prospective purchasers must meet the lenders mortgage eligibility criteria.
8. Legal completion must take place on or before the date agreed at the time of reservation.
9. Lagan Homes reserves the right to withdraw or alter the terms of this offer at any time prior to taking a reservation and payment of a reservation fee.
10. If the reservation agreement expires, is cancelled or is terminated, the Summer Savings incentive in relation to that reservation will automatically terminate.
11. Lagan Homes is not regulated by the FCA and therefore cannot offer mortgage advice. Customers seeking to take advantage of this incentive must seek financial advice from a regulated mortgage broker.
