What is 5% Deposit Paid?
On selected plots (and developments), Lagan Homes will cover 5% of the purchase price as your deposit, helping you step onto or move up the property ladder more easily.
For example, if the Lagan home you desired cost £395,000, we will provide £19,750 (5%) as your deposit. Depending on your mortgage offer this could mean you will not have to pay any additional deposit on your new home. Will Deposit Paid work for me?
If you can afford a mortgage but do not have a deposit, 5% Deposit Paid could be for you.
