How does it work?
Choose your home
Once you have found your dream Lagan home, we will arrange an appointment with you for a home visit of your current property.
Valuations
We will organise valuations from two local estate agents and possibly a Chartered Surveyor to conduct a valuation on your existing home.
Offer
Once the valuations are complete, we will provide a resale price. Following this we can sit down with you at our Marketing Suite and discuss your Part Exchange offer.
Reserve your home
If you are happy to accept the offer, you will now be able to reserve your chosen Lagan home.
The finishing details
Once you have reserved your new home, it is time to instruct your solicitors and financial adviser to ensure the purchase of your home runs as smooth as possible.
Moving in / Completion
Congratulations, the wait is over, you’ve completed the purchase of your new Lagan home.
Even better, you may be able to stay in your current home for a short period after completion, allowing for a smoother transition and less stress on moving day. Subject to terms and conditions, it’s just one more way Lagan helps make moving easier.
